(Cleveland) - Police were called to West 95th Street just before 4am this morning, where a Mitsubishi Eclipse had flipped over on its side, after hitting two parked cars.
Residents say they heard a loud crash, saw the tipped over sports car, and spotted an unrestrained baby in the vehicle, with the driver handing the infant out of the window.

A Mitsubishi Eclipse.
The baby was rushed to MetroHealth for non-life threatening injures.
Emergency workers were able to remove the female driver from the vehicle, who is also the baby's grandmother. Sandra Daniel was taken to Lakewood Hospital where she was treated and released.
Investigators claim, the 47 year old refused to take a breath alcohol content test. Daniel was arrested for driving under the influence and endangering children.
